This website is operated by KALON KARISMA HAIR AND BEAUTY, LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to KALON KARISMA HAIR AND BEAUTY, LLC. KALON KARISMA HAIR AND BEAUTY, LLC offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing product from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
At Kalon Karisma Hair and Beauty, LLC, customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. We stand behind the quality of our products. We believe we can work together with our clients to make every purchase a positive experience. Our hair is carefully hand inspected prior to shipping. Because of the nature of the product, and because each individual bundle comes from a separate donor, we cannot guarantee hair color or texture to be an exact match.
SECTION 2 – PRICING
All prices are subject to change. Without notice, we will adjust pricing to its products. We will only honor the current price listed. If a purchase is made, and then the price is increased, the customer will not be charged the increase. The price listed at the time of purchase is the price that will be honored.
SECTION 3 – PAYMENT TERMS
All terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards and we use PayPal/Square as the processor. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged.
We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise. Any fraudulent purchases will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address, is greater than $500, or the order is placed over the phone, your order will be placed under our Fraud Verification Process to verify the validity of your credit card, before your shipment is released. If this is necessary, then this may delay the shipping of your order. I’m not too keen on this highlighted section so we can discuss.
We reserve the right to refuse sales to any client without disclosure of reasoning.
Once payment is made there are no cancellations of orders.
SECTION 4 – ORDER PROCESSING
Our shipping hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm EST. All orders MUST BE received with any necessary supporting documents and approved for fulfillment, including approval from our payment processing company to ship the order, before 3:30 pm in order to be shipped the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped first thing Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected during order placement.
***ORDER PROCESSING DURING PEAK SEASON***
During the months of February and March, in the United States, the hair industry reaches its peak time. In consideration of this, we will ask that you allow 3-4 days for in house processing, as orders will be in large quantities. Once the order is packaged and shipping begins, your order should arrive within 4 shipping days. Allow a total of 5-8-business day turnaround.
SECTION 5 – PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
If any product is out of stock, it will be shown as “sold out” or “unavailable” and you will not be able to purchase that product. However you can send us an e-mail regarding the item that you desire and how we may contact you, and as soon as the product is available we will notify you. We apologize but, we will not hold products for clients, the notification is a courtesy to let you know your product is back in stock.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING DELAYS
For your convenience it’s always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagement it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our shipping partner USPS/UPS. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS/UPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information, please contact us.
SECTION 7 – RETURN AND EXCHANGES
If there is a defect with your product such as the length, style, texture, or cap construction or the color doesn’t match the hair advertised on our website, you can return it within 7 days of receiving your original order.
Items must be returned in original condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) All wigs need to be intact. We do not accept returns with the lace cut or altered. This includes, but is not limited to: cutting the lace or any part of the wig, cutting the hair, removing original tags, hair has been picked, brushed, washed, cut, dyed (or chemically altered in any way), flat ironed, or otherwise manipulated with any styling tool, including hair dryers. Refunds and exchanges will not be honored if the unit has had hair product, perfume, or any other products applied to the hair including glues, gels, adhesive tapes, and/or sprays. No change in the integrity of the product itself is allowed: refunds or exchanges will not be honored for units with bases that are torn or damaged in any way. This includes damage from sewing needles. *Should we add this part to the website also?
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. You will be responsible for any return shipping fees.
Custom order items are ineligible for refund or exchange.

SECTION 8 – FAILED DELIVERIES/REFUSED SHIPMENTS/INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt #, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via UPS to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed the $10 fee UPS charges us to make the correction. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
SECTION 9 – LOST SHIPMENTS
If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please call us immediately. We will contact USPS/UPS right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 8-10 business days.
SECTION 10 – INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
All international customers are required to submit a signed credit card authorization form complete with supporting documents. Once you’ve placed your order you will be contacted by Customer Service to provide this information.
International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments. ??? Does our system allow this and will we be able to do? I would need a printer if we implement. This is the only document that will be sent with your shipment.
SECTION 11 – POLICY CHANGES
We reserve the right at our discretion to make changes to prices, policies and procedures. Please check this page periodically for changes.
SECTION 12 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, TRADEMARKS, AND OTHER RIGHTS
We do not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for, or the provision of services and support. We will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, we are not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, we are not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.

With the exception of your personal information, any communication or material you send to our site, electronically or otherwise, including but not limited to data, questions, comments, suggestions, or submissions is and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. We, may use anything sent to us, for any purpose including but not limited to modification, reproduction, transmission, disclosure, publication, broadcast, and posting. By submitting material to us, you irrevocably transfer and assign to us, and forever waive and agree never to assert, any copyrights, “moral” rights, rights of publicity or to privacy, or other intellectual-property or proprietary rights that you may have in such material. We are free to use, without obligation of any kind, any ideas, concepts, techniques, or know-how contained in any communication you send to our site for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to developing, manufacturing, and marketing products and services
